First of all, in my school the sport we play most this term is volleyball. My school has got a gigantic basketball court, where we put a volleyball net when we play matches. We all enjoy playing volleyball!! Our PE teacher has already shown us how to play correctly and safely, so we are all ready to try to win each other!!
You also would like to know how students benefit from all these. Well, in my opinion I think there are no disadvantages of playing volleyball or any other sport. You feel fresh and active. Team sports make you more sociable and most times more competitive. Also, you don't just benefit physically. If you play sports, you do better at all the other school subjects and you increase your self-discipline. So, why not playing volleyball for less than thirty minutes to benefit yourself so much without any special try??

The Ice Bucket Challenge, sometimes called the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge, is an activity involving dumping a bucket of ice water on someone's head to promote awareness of the disease amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) and encourage donations to research. It went viral throughout social media during mid 2014. In the UK, people participate in the challenge for the Motor Neurone Disease Association.
The challenge dares nominated participants to be filmed having a bucket of ice water poured on their heads and challenging others to do the same. A common stipulation is that nominated people have 24 hours to comply or forfeit by way of a charitable financial donation.
Some of you go to the beach, other visit their grandparents or even spend their summer holidays with friends and relatives!
But, every summer, I'm sure that most of you get bored when you don't go to the beach!
So, here are some things to do when you feel bored.
Call a friend- talk about your summer holidays!
Go to the beach- it's never too late
Watch TV- it's not the best thing you can do in summer, but it's always relaxing!
Visit my Blog- I post as often as I can
Go for a walk- you will breathe some fresh air if you are in the village. If you are near a beach don't wear shoes and take a walk on the sand… I do it every Summer!
Listen to music- grab your mp3 Player and listen all new summer hits!
The original legend of El Dorado, the Golden Man, began in 1530. According to the legend, an Indian chief from Colombia used to cover himself in gold dust and sail out onto Lake Gutavita. Then, he threw gold and treasures into the lake as a way of pleasing the gods.
The Spanish heard about the legend of El Dorado and searched for the treasure in Lake Gutavita. They found many treasures hidden deep in the water and took away a huge amount of gold. They came to believe that somewhere, lying hidden, there was also a city made of gold!!
To this day, no one has found the Golden Kingdom. The name El Dorado has become linked with a lost city of gold. Many still believe that the lost city of gold lies deep in a forest or high on a mountain in Colombia, waiting to be discovered!!

I go to the Lower Class of the English School "YES!". I play the piano for about 4-5 years and I think it is the most relaxing and enjoyable thing someone can do in their free time. I listen to pop-rock and punk-rock music. My favourite bands are 5 Seconds of Summer (which I like since May '15) and Twenty One Pilots (which I've been listening to since December '15), although I like many more bands, for example Arctic Monkeys. Also, I truly love Halsey, Troye Sivan and Melanie Martinez. I also love watching videos on YouTube. My favourite YouTubers are Issa (twaimz), Colleen (colliscool), Ellena (ellenawhat), Connor (ConnorFranta), Jack (jacksepticeye) and last but not least Felix (PewDiePie). My favourite food is obviously pizza. I absolutely hate waking up at 7pm in the morning - let's be honest, who doesn't? My best friends are Efi and Dorina.
