Thanksgiving day is a national holiday celebrated primarily in the United States and Canada as a day of giving thanks for the blessing of the harvest and of the preceding year. It is celebrated on the fourth Thursday of November in the United States and on the second Monday of October in Canada. Several other places around the world observe similar celebrations. Thanksgiving has its historical roots in religious and cultural traditions, and has long been celebrated in a secular manner as well.

Hey bloggers!

How are you?

Do you know about Ice Bucket Challenge?

NO?

Well, here is some information about it :

The Ice Bucket Challenge, sometimes called the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge, is an activity involving dumping a bucket of ice water on someone's head to promote awareness of the disease amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) and encourage donations to research. It went viral throughout social media during mid 2014. In the UK, people participate in the challenge for the Motor Neurone Disease Association.

The challenge dares nominated participants to be filmed having a bucket of ice water poured on their heads and challenging others to do the same. A common stipulation is that nominated people have 24 hours to comply or forfeit by way of a charitable financial donation.

Katheryn Elizabeth ''Katy'' Husdon (born October 25, 1984 better known by her stage name Katty Perry, is an American recording artist, businesswoman, philanthropist, and actress. She was born near Santa Barbara, California and primarily grew up there before moving to Los Angeles. Having had limited exposure to mainstream pop music in her childhood, she pursued a career in gospel music as a teen and released her debut studio album, Katy Husdon(2001). She later recorded a collaborative album with the Matrix and a solo album she worked on with Glen Ballard, the latter of which was never released.

In April 2007, Perry signed a recording contract with Capitol Records. She rose to prominence with the release of her single ''I Kissed A Girl'', followed by her second album, One of the Boys(2008), which is predominantly pop rock. Perry's third record, Teenage Dream (2010), was preceded by the Billboard Hot 100 chart-topping singles ''California Girls'' and ''Teenage Dream'' and later produced the number-one singles ''Firework'', ''E.T.'', and ''Last Friday Night (T.G.I.F)''. Teenage Dream became the first album recorded by a female artist in history to produce five number-one hits, and the second album overall aster Michael Jackon's Bad (1987). The album features disco, electronic music, funk, and hip hop in addition to pop and rock. In March 2012, she re-released Teenage Dream as Teenage Dream: The Complete Confection, which was preceded by the number-one single ''Part Of Me''. Her fourth album, Prism (2013), was preceded by the number-one single ''Roar''. The album was originally planned to be "darker" than Perry's previous material, but ultimately became an album influenced by Sweedish dance music and focusing heavily on self-empowerment. The album later produced the number-one single ''Dark Horse''

Information about… chocolate!

Awesome, From Wikipedia, Helpful, I love it, Important, New and cool, Wishes and more, You'll like it 1 Comment »

Hey bloggers!!

Hey fans!!

But, especially, hey fans with a sweet tooth!

How are you all?

Well, if you are hungry, maybe you don't have to see this post.

Check it another time, though!

What?

You want to see it now?

OK, but if you become much more hungry, don't blame it on me!

Well, I have found some information about children's favorite sweet.

The one…

The delicious…

The amazing…

The awesome…

The incredible…

Chocolate!!

Yummy, I just wrote its name and I got hungry!

Here it is:

Chocolate is a processed, typically sweetened food produced from the seed of the tropical Theobroma cacao tree. Although cacao has been cultivated by many cultures for at least three millennia in Mexico and Central America, the earliest evidence of use traces to the Mokaya, with evidence of chocolate beverages dating back to 1900 BC. In fact, the majority of Mesoamerican people made chocolate beverages, including the Mayans and Aztecs who made it into a beverage known as xocolatl , a Nahuatl word meaning "bitter water". The seeds of the cacao tree have an intense bitter taste and must be fermented to develop the flavor.

After fermentation, the beans are dried, cleaned, and roasted. The shell is removed to produce cacao nibs, which are then ground to coca mass, pure chocolate in rough form. Because the cocoa mass is usually liquefied before being molded with or without other ingredients, it is called chocolate liquor. The liquor also may be processed into two components: coca solids and cocoa butter. Unsweetened baking chocolate (bitter chocolate) contains primarily cocoa solids and cocoa butter in varying proportions. Much of the chocolate consumed today is in the form of sweet chocolate, a combination of cocoa solids, cocoa butter or other fat, and sugar. Milk chocolate is sweet chocolate that additionally contains milk powder or condensed milk. White chocolate contains cocoa butter, sugar, and milk but no cocoa solids.

The LEGO Movie

Awesome, From Wikipedia, Movies, New and cool, Wishes and more 2 Comments »

Hey movie fans!!

Hey bloggers!!

Hey everyone!!

How are you?

I want to tell you a little bit about a new movie!

Not exactly a new movie, but a movie that tomorrow is going to be played on the cinema's screens. (Click HERE for more information)

And, I want to tell you a little things about the plot.

THE PLOT:

The wizard Vitruvius attempts to protect the "Kragle", a superweapon, from the evil Lord Business. He fails to do so, and is blinded, but warns Business of a prophecy where a person called the "Special" will find the Piece of Resistance capable of stopping the Kragle. Eight and a half years later, Emmet Brickowski, an ordinary construction worker, comes across a woman named Wyldstyle, who is searching for something after hours at Emmet's construction site. When he investigates, Emmet falls into a hole and finds the Piece of Resistance. Compelled to touch it, Emmet experiences vivid visions and passes out. He awakens in the custody of Bad Cop, Business' lieutenant with a split "Good Cop" personality, with the Piece of Resistance attached to his back. There, Emmet learns of Business' plans to freeze the world with the Kragle (a tube of Krazy Glue) with the label partially rubbed out). Wyldstyle rescues Emmet and takes him to Vitruvius, explaining that she and the wizard are "Master Builders" capable of building anything they need, both with great speed and without instruction manuals; when Business rose to power, his disapproval of such anarchic creativity resulted in him capturing many of them. As the "Special", Emmet is destined to defeat him, yet Wyldstyle and Vitruvius are disappointed to find Emmet displays no creativity.
